SPA POLICIES

Check-in
Please arrive 20 -30 minutes prior to appointment to take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next session. For manicure, pedicure and waxing appointments, please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Please leave your valuables at home. Rain Spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items

First Time Clients
If you are a first time client please arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to fill out our client health form. If you are pregnant or have diabetes or any other illness please notify us when booking.

Peaceful Considerations
To ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Rain Spa, we respectfully reques that all guests keep noise to a minimum; cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged. Rain Spa is an adult facility and available to men and women 18 years of age or older. Children 12 and older may receive services provided they are accompanied by an adult who is also receiving services.

Therapists
You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our registered therapists (RMT) are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.

Clothing
We provide you with a robe and slippers for your comfort prior to your treatment.. Undergarments must be worn during all massage and body treatments. We provide disposable undergarments if you choose. If you are receiving a Vichy treatment you may wish to bring a bathing suit or change of undergarment.

Reservations
Reservations are required for all bookings. To secure your booking a credit number will be required. All booking are confirmed by phone and via email.

Cancellation Policy
Please note: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any individual appointments, and 48 hours for spa packages. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked - unless we hear otherwise - we'll expect you to be there. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.

Product Return Policy
For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot acceptreturns or refunds on opened products.

Jewelry and Accessories Return Policy
All jewelry and accessories are all final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect year round gift for someone special. Rain Gift Cards can also be purchased on line at www.rainfootmassage.com for all occasions.

Gratuities and Taxes
Gratuities and taxes are not included in the price of treatments. Gratuities are recommended from 15% - 20% of the service price.

Parking
Yes, we have complimentary parking available for spa guests accessed through our gated entrance on Hycrest Avenue. Spa guests are required to identify themselves at the security gate. Complimentary parking is based on availability. Additional parking is available on Hycrest Avenue and at Calvin Avenue.
